30 day yoga challenge, day 3. Of COURSE I’m taking pictures of me doing yoga instead of packing for my trip home! T-8 hours and counting, folks.
I always wonder about my holdings in this pose. My feet and hips and shoulders and knees all wonky on their way to parrallel, but it ain’t so bad. I think I need to work on rolling my extended hip down and front, to square them off. This is really interesting to analyze.

What was the most damaging event in your life that gave you a negative self-image?
Doesn’t everyone have secrets of youth and revolt and sadness and negativity? Don’t matter, as long as you’re still learning and moving forward. Life is an experimental EXPERIMENT.
